Cancellation policy
Lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled directly through the website up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time at no additional cost, while cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the lesson are non-refundable and cannot be credited.
In case of emergency, requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at the teacher's sole discretion.
